Bio From: http://www.fuel.tv/surfing/rider/corry-arrambide/
As one of the strongest young surfers coming out of California today, Cory Arrambide has been steadily making a name for himself in the surfing world since he went on a competitive winning binge at just 12 years old, setting the record for the most NSSA wins in a single season, taking home a remarkable 21 scalps. In the coming years, Arrambide would continue his success as an amateur and key member of the USA Surf Team, earning a coveted NSSA national title along the way. Last year, Cory made the leap into the Pro Junior circuit, a move that proved to pay off in spades as Arrambide finished the year rated first in the North American division.
Testament to the breeding grounds of Ventura, CA, Cory—with the help of his ridiculously sharp backhand—has honed his skills along with the likes of current CT surfers Dane Reynolds and Nathaniel Curran, proving that he can run with best. With a competitive streak that’s second to none and heaps of talent, we expect Cory to join his ’CT veteran friends in no time.
