Growing up beachfront on the Big Island of Hawaii, Casey Brown learned to surf in the spray of legends such as Shane Dorian and Conan Hayes. Casey (or “C-Biscuit” as his friends call him), has picked up on the contest circuit where they left off. The tall, lanky goofy-footer is all grown up. He’s traveling the world, doing the Big Island proud by putting big power behind very technical surfing. “Casey is one of those kids who gets better with every wave. Watch out, he’ll be able to take on anyone in the world and have no troubles at all,” says Hayes, pro surfer and founder of RVCA.

Having won the honor of Hawaii State Champ three times, Casey is setting global goals, which include joining the world’s top 44 surfers on the ASP World Tour in the next few years. Even though home is the paradise of Kona, HI, he loves to travel. A focused competitor, his suitcase is always packed for the next contest or even better, surf trips with friends in exotic locations such as Indonesia or Durban. Recently, Casey has been placing consistently in the semis and quarterfinals in major men’s pro events.

Why should I upgrade to Internet Explorer 7? Microsoft has redesigned Internet Explorer from the ground up, with better security, new capabilities, and a whole new interface. Many changes resulted from the feedback of millions of users who tested prerelease versions of the new browser. The most compelling reason to upgrade is the improved security. The Internet of today is not the Internet of five years ago. There are dangers that simply didn't exist back in 2001, when Internet Explorer 6 was released to the world. Internet Explorer 7 makes surfing the web fundamentally safer by offering greater protection against viruses, spyware, and other online risks.
