Ben Schroeder revolutionized skateboarding with his lip tricks in the '80s. A life-threatening car crash in 1993 caused severe brain and back trauma and put Ben out of the limelight for a while, but skateboarding ultimately re-kindled his spirit. Ben now designs and constructs skateparks.
